The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area (PWA) Office has a construction project for the Annex Building Electrical and Date Outlet located at 64 Nowelo Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement.
