On or about 29 April 2024, this office will issue Request for Quote (RFQ) for Janitorial Services at F.E. Warren Resident office in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The solicitation will close on or about 20 May 2024. This solicitation is restricted to SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY.

Project Description:

This is a non-personal services contract to provide janitorial service at F.E. Warren AFB Resident Office. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor, who in turn is responsible to the Government.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to include non-personal services necessary to perform janitorial services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and three (3) 12-month option years. Active performance period will be 01 June through 31 May. The Period of Performance reads as follows:

Base Year: 01 June 2024 through 31 May 2025

Option Year 1: 01 June 2025 through 31 May 2026

Option Year 2: 01 June 2026 through 31 May 2027

Option Year 3: 01 June 2027 through 31 May 2028

The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 561720, Janitorial Service, with a size standard for Small Business of $22,000,000.00 in annual receipts.
