General Equipment Name: Washer Sanitizer Description & Salient Characteristics Must eliminate algae and biofilm during the washing cycle without manual scrubbing. Must be capable of 10 microbiologically AK KAB validated cycles per hour. Capable of multiple installation setups, ranging from 100mm to wall-to-wall configurations. Capable of remote monitoring using an app on a computer or smartphone. Must have remote troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities by manufacturer’s service team. Must have in-line self-cleaning filters. Must have double emergency bars with self-releasing doors. Must have oscillating arms capable of washing and rinsing on separate circuits. Have be capable of washing bottles. Must have a 6-minute standard microbiologically validated washing cycle of up to 1,000 mice cages per hour. Must have optional duct-free exhaust. Must have hot air drying and automatic tilting floor feature. Chamber must be LED illuminated, multicolor light to identify status of the machine.
