The Product Service Code is Z1JZ - Maintenance Of Miscellaneous Buildings.Project Scope:The scope of this acquisition includes minor construction projects at South Piney Wood Region, Texas (which includes Sam Rayburn Reservoir and Town Bluff Lake) This would include a wide variety of repair and minor construction services, such as:?        Carpentry ?        Painting?        Paving?        Road Maintenance?        Fencing?        Electrical?        Sign Maintenance and InstallationOrdering period will be a one-year base and four 12-month option periods.To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
