Delta V Advantage Isotope Ratio (IRMS) Mass Spectrometer System s/n 08075D
GENERAL INFORMATION
Covered components will include:
2.0 Background: Computer upgrade and service for this instrument is being purchased. The operating system is old and needs upgraded. The IRMS has been off for several years and is requiring calibration, tuning, cleaning, etc. to bring the instrument back in to normal operating specifications in support of NLAE research mission.

6.0 Travel: One (1) service visit will be provided by the contractor. Visit will be coordinated with the IRMS operator at NLAE.
7.0 Contractor’s Key Personnel: Only factory trained, and currently OEM certified engineers are to perform any service procedure on the Delta V Advantage Isotope Ratio Mass spectrometer. Copies of a current certification may be requested prior to service.
8.0 Security Requirements: A copy of an official government photo ID (State-issued driver’s license or ID card, passport, green card, etc.) must be upon entrance in to NLAE.

10.0 Period of Performance: Service will be completed within 30 days of date of award.
11.0 Evaluation Factors: Technical Acceptability, delivery, price with technical acceptability and delivery more important than price.
