Offerors—Commercial Products and Commercial Services (NOV 2021) sections 5.1 and 5.3, to correct the page limitations for the technical volume.

(1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) using FAR Part 13.

(2) This acquisition is set aside for 100% for Small Businesses.

(3) The provision at Addendum to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this acquisition. See attached.

(4) The provision at Addendum to 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this acquisition. See attached.
