The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Memphis, TN, intends to issue solicitation 15B11123Q00000018 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE (DRY GOODS). This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set‑aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311999. Delivery dates will begin June 1, 2023, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Memphis, 1101 John A. Denie Rd., Memphis, TN 38134. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on price related factors and past performance per FAR 13.106-2(b)(3). Payment will be made using the GPC for awards less than $10,000.00. For awards $10,000.00 or greater, payment will be made using EFT. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 22, 2023, and will be posted to the System for Award Management website: http://www.sam.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up‑to‑date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is May 25, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. CST; however, this is a projected estimate and quoters should refer to Page 1 of the solicitation (Block #8) for the actual date quotations are due. Completed offers may be mailed to the address above or e‑mailed to clindon@bop.gov. The anticipated award date is May 30, 2023.
