The South Texas VA Health Care System (STVHCS) has a continuted need for Procalcitonin Reagents for the Biomereiux VIDAS 3 Instrumentation. The contractor shall be able to provide Procalsitonin Reagntes for the Biomerieux Vidas 3 instrumentation located in the Core Laboratory of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service at the Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital. The testing done on this instrumentation is needed to test for sepsi and is currently being used as part of the Triage panel for COVID to screen for Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome.
