1) The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) has the need to acquire services in support of the Communications Electronics Command (CECOM). The Software Engineering Center (SEC) is requesting services for the Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) and Post-Production Software Support (PPSS) Maintenance and Sustainment requirement.
2) This DRAFT solicitation is for a Single Award (SA), Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee and Cost No Fee (CNF) contract with a one (1) year base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods.
3) The due date of this DRAFT solicitation is TBD. Proposals will not be accepted beyond the due date.
4) PDSS and PPSS Maintenance and Sustainment Industry Conference will be held on 19 March 2024 between 12:00noon – 2:00pm EST. The Conference will be held virtually on Microsoft TEAMS, please see attachment: “PDSS and PPSS Industry Day Conference” for further conference information and TEAMs link.
5) The point of contact for this requirement is Contract Specialist, Chere Benson and Contracting Officer, Christopher Winfield. All communications shall be submitted electronically to
chere.v.benson.civ@army.mil and christopher.m.winfield.civ@army.mil only. Contractors shall not contact any other Government personnel regarding this requirement. Contacting any Government personnel other than the individuals above may result in an organizational conflict of interest (OCI).
