B-52 Bomb Bay Stands. In order to receive technical drawings and specifications, contractors must have an active 2345 through the JCP Portal. Once the Government has confirmed that an active 2345 is on file for the contractor, we can release technical specifications through DoD Safe.

Solicitation amended to delete reqiurement for FEA on stands.
