Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources for construction projects at DTA. The U.S. Army Garrison – Detroit Arsenal (USAG-DTA) Directorate of Public Works (DPW) and tenant organizations have a continuous need for a broad range of complex design-build and design-bid-build construction projects to support real property sustainment, restoration, modernization, repair, and minor construction of buildings, structures, and other real property at DTA, as well as, Selfridge Air National Guard Base (SANGB) locations that are currently occupied by DTA tenant organizations. These tasks are typically tasks performed in utilizing a variety of trades including: carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, interior electrical, exterior electrical, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC), fire protection, telecommunications, steam fitting, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete masonry, and welding. Currently, ACC-DTA has firm-fixed price, multiple-award, task order contracts (MATOCs) for the award of these construction projects.
