Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME seeks to identify sources capable of providing an Ultra High-Pressure (UHP) Water Jet System in accordance with attached Statement of Work. Due 8:00am ET on Thursday, April 26, 2022

The market research information collected resulting from this Sources Sought Notice will be used to help the Government to identify qualified sources capable of accomplishing the required work outlined in the attached Statement of Work under NAICS Code 532490. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS Code is $40 million. All interested parties are encouraged to respond. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are NOT deemed offers, and CANNOT be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.

Interested parties are requested to respond to this Sources Sought with a PDF Document Format. Responses shall be limited to ten (10) pages and submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, David Agea at david.a.agea.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 8:00am ET on Thursday, April 26, 2022. Proprietary information should be minimized and must be clearly marked.
