16. Description: One, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 750 TEUs and 636 square feet of cargo consisting of wheeled vehicles, while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements from a delineated packing list. The Minimum laden speed shall be 13 knots.
17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery/redelivery is Military Ocean Terminal Concord, CA, USA with no coastwise movements. The laydays commence/cancel 02 June 2024, with offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The charter period will be 59 days.
