Hack the Box Notice

The Delaware Air National Guard intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Hack The Box LTD at 38 Walton Road Folkestone, CT19 5QS, United Kingdom for computer training purposes. Specifically offensive cyber penetration testing skills that can keep our military's members up to date, current, and qualified to execute the United State's cyber mission. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is based on prior procurement history showing no other parties are able to provide the type of training required, and ample market research.

The Government contemplates award of a firm fixed price purchase order resulting from this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
