The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Tactical Airlift Program Office (PMA-207) awarded a sole source contract to Rolls-Royce Corporation (RRC). The contract includes one (1) base five (5) year ordering period. This contract also includes the possibility to extend services by six (6) additional months, priced as one (1) six (6) month optional ordering period. The contract provides the supplies and services necessary to sustain the AE2100D3 engine for the KC-130J fleet, in support of U.S. Marine Corps (USMC), the U.S. Navy (USN), and NAVAIR managed Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases.
The procurement includes logistics, field service, software support, technical publication support, engineering support, training support, and spares support for engine components.
This sole source acquisition was procured under the authority of 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(1) [formerly 10 U.S.C. § 2304(c)(1)], One Source or Limited Sources. For subcontracting opportunities, please contact RRC directly: william.mahoney@rolls-royce.com.
