UPDATE Statement of Work and Attachment A.





The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, methods, and devices for construction services necessary to construct reinforced landscape concrete curbs around the pavilion near B399 and construct a concrete road between the pavilion and ANG Memorial site roundabout to include minor demolition of existing landscape edging, river rocks, and concrete curb.





Bid Pricing must be broken down to include a price breakdown of each trade and aspect of the project.





Work will be issued by sealed bidding procedures outlined in FAR 14 resulting in the award of a firm-fixed price contract.



Site vist will be held for all interested contractors on 14 June 2023 at 10:00 AM. See solicitation document for all details, base access requirements and building.
