Description

The USDA Office of Contracting and Procurement is requesting a sole source, short-term bridge task

order to provide USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Conservation Agile Software

Delivery on the Money Agile Release Train call order continuity of services for firm fixed-price

contract to Alethix LLC., for a 6-week base period with no option periods for support services required

to sustain the current NRCS Conservation Agile Software and Delivery contract activities. Total length

of performance, including all options, is January 17, 2023 through February 28, 2023.

This bridge replaces the services provided under the current call order, contract, 12314420F0777 that

expires on January 16, 2023. Procurement Operations Division competitively awarded a call order on

July 28, 2022 containing a base year and 2 option years. Performance for the competitively awarded

call order began on January 17, 2023, and transition will be complete on February 28, 2023. This

bridge contract will be a new task order against Alethix LLC’s GSA Schedule GS-35F-443CA to

provide NRCS contract continuity of services. These services are critical to the FPAC mission.
