1. Overview
1.1 The 722nd AMXS requires 750 each licensing for a cloud base appointment scheduling software.
2. Description
2.1 The contractor shall provide 750 user licenses. 60 of the licenses must have administrative rights.
2.1.1 The software must include a way to sync users outlook calendar profiles.
2.1.2 The software must allow for user-to-user scheduling.
2.1.3. The software must allow for online scheduling.
2.1.4. The software must allow for recurring appointments.
2.1.5. The software must be cloud based.
2.1.6 Software must have Muti-Calendar capabilities.
2.1.7 The Software must have detailed profile capabilities.
2.1.8 The Contractor shall provide a support/maintenance package.
2.1.9 The Contractor shall allow additional licenses to be bought.
3. Support Package
3.1 The contractor shall provide a minimum of 1 year support/maintenance package.
4. Delivery
4.1 The contractor shall complete delivery of each line item no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the order.
