In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. U.S. Border Patrol, Richford Station, 1668 St. Albans Road, Route 105, Richford, VT 05476 to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Northeast IS, LLC, 880 Watervliet Shaker RD, Albany, NY 12205 for phone system upgrades.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies, and perform all services necessary to complete the installation of the telephone system upgrades for the 50 each existing IP Telephones utilizing existing wiring and POE switch.
The period of performance for this requirement shall be for a 90 days ARO.
The NAICS code for this procurement is 517810. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be made available. Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements, must submit information about their capabilities no later than Noon, EST, 7/28/2023. Information should be emailed to robert.kay@va.gov.
