This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVLAUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS-AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED.

THE SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED USING SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES

This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC-2024-02)

This requirement is being competed as a total small business set-aside.

1. Completed form SF1449 blocks 17a & 30a, b, & c Signed (Page 1 of Return Packet), along with Return Packet Schedule of Items filled in, Certifications and Representations boxes checked where necessary. Return signed document in PDF format.

2. Technical Proposal: Written Response to Evaluation Questions in PDF format.

AMENDMENT #1 dated 2/8/2024, shall be incorporated into the solicitation.
