Copier Services and Printers

Provide high quality, innovative duplicating, printing, and related services in support of Jefferson Lab’s mission. The anticipated contract will be four initial programs years, with options for two additional terms of four program years each, for a total subcontract performance period of up to twelve (12) years.

Expected major components:

• Operation of a networked central copy center, to included 2 high volume color copiers and high end scanner furnished by the subcontract, and a Jlab owned cutter.


• Scheduled and on-call pickup and delivery services


• Furnishing and maintaining all convenience copiers


• Furnishing all consumable copier supplies, except paper


• Managing site wide copier and printer paper inventory and distribution


• Promoting use of copy center services


• Other related document management services at required
