Ventraq NetPlus 7.0 Telephone Management System. (1) The support agreement should include telephone support during normal
business hours, (EST) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with a two (2) hour maximum call back time. (2) Web access to Help Desk, Incident Report status. NetPlus EOSS Application Software Problem Resolution to include Resolution of problems
associated with generic and custom NetPlus EOSS Application Software. (3) Improvements made available through software fixes of the application software features that resolve problems inherent to the Customer’s NetPlus EOSS Application Software. (4) Old-version-to-new-version conversion tools as necessary. Minor software upgrades and documentation updates and improvements (when available).
