Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUPSYSCOM) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office intends to solicit a single-award contract with firm-fixed-price provisions for Center for Service Support (CSS) Deep Cleaning One-time services, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) incorporated within the solicitation N0018924QG093. The requirement is in support of CSS located at Naval Station Newport, RI.
This is a synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR 12, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13. The primary place of performance is at Bldg 1183 Cushing Rd, Naval Station Newport, Newport RI.
This synopsis shall be posted on the System of Award (SAM) website.
The RFQ number is N0018924QG093. The NAICS code is 561720. This requirement is being advertised as a total small business set-aside.
The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. Vendors are required to return a signed solicitation to larissa.v.benoit.civ(at)us.navy.mil. Any questions shall be sent electronically to the identified email address aforementioned.
A site visit is highly recommended.
All responsible sources interested in submitting a response shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through the final payment of any resultant contract from the expected solicitation.
Lack of registration in the SAM database will automatically make an offer ineligible for award.
Payment will be submitted thru Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
