The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with these specifications for USDA ARS Range Sheep Production Efficiency Research Unit in Dubois, ID. Bidder shall provide Base Bid pricing and Alternate pricing as defined in the contract documents.

The site of work is at the USDA ARS Range Sheep Production Efficiency Research Unit, Dubois, ID
Principal of eatured work:
Work will include complete demolition of all existing interior functions ie: all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and animal
pens. Work will also removal and installation of new metal roofing with insulation, the removal and installation exterior
metal siding with new insulation. Reconfigured interior space will include 3 new workrooms, a chem lab, new electrical service
and distribution, IT, Led lighting, access control, new HVAC, new plumbing, and new septic system.

AMD001:
The purpose of amendment 0001 is to:
a. Revise the drawings and specifications to include project complete demolition of
existing functions including the restroom and have the building converted to cold storage.
in building 66. (see strikethrough removing the exception to leave the restroom in place
on page 9 of the project manual and updated drawings).
b. Provide Government responses to RFIs received through April 19, 2024. See attachment
"12905B24R0008 RFI log 4-19-2024"
c. Update the RFI Form to address it is for solicitation number 12905B24R0008 in ID.
d. Provide the site visit log.
