OIL WATER SEPARATOR SERVICES SYNOPSIS

The 22d Contracting Squadron (22 CONS) of the 22d Air Refueling Wing announces the projected solicitation for OIL/WATER SEPARATOR Services at McConnell AFB, Kansas 67221.

The 22d CONS intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a 100% competitive set-aside for small business concerns on or about December 1, 2023 for the acquisition of Oil/Water Separator Services to be performed at McConnell AFB KS. The Government anticipates evaluation factors to be a subjective trade-off between technical, past performance and price. The Government intends to issue an award on or about 1 February 2024. The NAICS code for this requirement is 562998, Waste Treatment and Storage. The Small Business Administration Size Standard is 16.5 million dollars.

Oil/Water Separator services are necessary to perform all operations involved in the maintenance of oil/water separators, to include sampling and analysis, waste pumping and disposal, surveillance, cleaning, keeping, and providing required records, and emergency service. In addition to maintaining oil water separators as outlined the contractor shall clean all grease traps, sand traps, interior trench drains, pump septic/holding tanks, flush sanitary sewer mains once a year, and dispose of all hazardous and non-hazardous waste to approved disposal/recycling facilities The contractors shall meet the listed credentials listed in the PWS so they can perform their day-to-day tasks IAW the PWS.

The closing date and time for submission of offers shall be contained in the solicitation package. The entire solicitation package shall be made available through the System for Award Management (SAM) Contract Opportunities web site at https://sam.gov/content/opportunities. Requests for copies of the solicitation package, or any cumulative parts thereof, by any other means shall not be honored. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the SAM website for the release of the solicitation package, which should be on or about 1 December 2024, for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package and for downloading their own copy of each associative amendment, if any.
