PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Abbott Laboratories Inc. The procurement will result in a purchase order for Abbott RALS interface systems for supplies and services currently in use at VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System, 975 Kirman Ave, Reno , NV 89052. The solicitation for this action will be posted to SAM.gov, and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. After consideration, the Government will determine whether to proceed with the sole source acquisition.

The solicitation will be posted on or about 18 January 2023.
