Roof Replacement - Ashford School, Ashford, CT
The Ashford School roof is approximately 77,996 sq. ft. flat membrane roof system. The current roof will be replaced with a 2-ply thermoplastic (KEE) roof system including, but not limited to insulation, flashings, expansion joints and roof drains. A 429 sq. ft. section of roof will have a standing seam metal roof installed. Removal of existing skylights and replacement with a new skylight system and installation of a ballasted guardrail system.
