This project includes the removal of existing stairs, installation of new retaining wall and
installation of new outdoor stairs to the west of Simsbury Town Hall with associated grading
curbing, drainage structure modification, landscaping, and appurtenances.
A Pre-Bid Site Visit will be held at the site at 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070 on
Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. local time at the Town Hall Main Meeting Room.
