Middlefield Emergency Operation Center Redevelopment - BRIDGING ARCHITECT FOR DESIGN BUILD PROJECT
The purpose of this RFP/RFQ is to solicit experienced firms to provide Bridging Documents for bid for the redevelopment of an approximately 10,000 sf fire house / emergency operations center plus an approximate 10,000 sf addition located at 406 Jackson Hill Road in Middlefield CT. The Town anticipates utilizing a DesignâBuild project delivery method and the Bridging Design Team will be expected to deliver design documents at a 20% Design Development level of completion with a complete set of performance specifications to be used to gauge suitable solutions.
