It is the intent of this proposal to select a professional cleaning service for the Town municipal office and operations buildings, excluding the buildings under the control of the Board of Education. The selected contractor’s work shall be of such quality that it reflects the Town’s commitment to well maintained and clean buildings. The service shall be professional, and this professionalism shall be reflected in the appearance of the employees. The staff shall be well trained and courteous.
