The Madison Board of Education of the Town of Madison, Connecticut are seeking SEALED Bids from interested individuals, firms, or consultant teams for ADA restroom and door renovations at the Polson Middle School, located at 302 Green Hill Road, Madison, Connecticut 06443. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on May 14, 2024 at the Facilities Department located at Facilities Office, 284 Green Hill Road, Madison, Connecticut 06443, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work to be performed for the project is the complete renovations of two (2) gang toilets, two (2) single person toilets, and four (4) entry ways at locations indicated. All onsite work including demolition and installation will happen over the course of the 2024 Summer School break period. All work is to be done under Prevailing Wage; Bid bonds and Performance bonds are required, as specified within.
An optional Pre-Bid Site Walk will be held Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at 3:00PM.
