The cooling tower is located on the north side of the library building, adjacent to Tyler City Road. Bidders shall inspect the cooling tower and work site on their own. If deemed necessary, Contractors may contact the Public Works Office at 203-891-4712 to schedule a time to access the basement to observe interior piping, valves, circuit breakers, and HVAC controls.
