    The work under this Contract shall consist of the reconstruction of Whiting Street from Broad Street to North Street. Construction activities shall include repair of existing catch basins, elevation adjustment to utility structures, milling the existing pavement, replacing the existing pavement, curb installation and associated improvements.

    The owner will conduct a pre-bid conference on April 18, 2024 at Plainville Municipal Center in the office of the Engineer at 10:00 AM. (non-Mandatory)
