7 SCOPE OF WORK
The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas, on behalf of the Engineering Department, is accepting bids for work to be
performed as described in the scope of work. The scope of work is to provide labor and materials for improvements
for Morrison Avenue. The work includes removing and replacing damaged sidewalks and infilling gaps to connect
sidewalks. It also includes adding ADA ramps where needed, and removing and replacing damaged driveway
aprons. These improvements will improve safety by moving pedestrians out of the vehicle traffic lanes and removing
trip hazards in existing sidewalk areas. The project includes three blocks of Morrison Avenue, from Cherokee Street
to Central Avenue. The City of Hot Springs reserves the right to award the sections that are within the budget
available for the project.
Bidders shall view the Morrison Sidewalk Improvements plans on the Attachment tab.
