The Department of Finance and Administration (DFA), Office of Accounting is posting this

RFI to announce an upcoming bidder’s conference in order to provide information

regarding the release of an RFP for Implementation Services for an upgrade the State’s

SAP system from ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA.

Information from the bidder’s conference will be used during the development of the RFP.

SECTION 1: OVERVIEW

1.1 INSTRUCTIONS TO RESPONDENTS

A. The State of Arkansas is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to notify

potential bidders of an upcoming conference related to the release of the RFP

for SAP S4 HANA Implementation Services.

B. Questions regarding the contents of this RFI may be directed to

Julie.Robnolt@arkansas.gov.

1.2 INTENT OF THE RFI

A. The Office of State Procurement (OSP) issues this RFI on behalf of the

Department of Finance and Administration (DFA), Office of Accounting. The

intent of this RFI is to provide information regarding the upcoming S/4HANA

upgrade to potential bidders.

B. This will also be an opportunity for potential bidders to ask questions regarding

the upcoming RFP and our modernization effort related to S/4HANA.

C. Information provided during the conference as well as questions asked by

potential bidders will be used to adjust the RFP draft prior to release, gauge

the level of interest from potential bidders, and assess the overall magnitude

of the opportunity identified by potential bidders.

1.3 DATE/TIME

A. The Conference will be held on Friday March 8th at 10 am Central Standard

Time.

B. The conference will last no longer that 1 hour with an additional 30 minutes for

questions and answers, if needed.

1.4 LOCATION

A. The pre-release potential bidder’s conference will be held at:

B. Due to limited space, potential bidders will be limited to two in-person

attendees.
