West Stock to SR-260 Sewer Replacement

The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the West Stock to SR-260 Sewer Replacement, City of Show Low Project No. S-3022. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, installing 1300 LF of 15-inch SDR-35 PVC sewer main, 9 concrete manholes, new sewer services, a casing bore under the highway and necessary asphalt replacement. The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control and ADOT Permits, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. The work shall take place along SR-260 near West Stock and South 23 ^rd Avenue in Show Low Arizona.

Sealed Bids will be received by the City Engineer, City of Show Low, 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 until Friday January 5 ^th , 2024 at 2:00 P.M., with a Public Bid Opening immediately following. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City. A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday December 14 ^th , 2023 at 2:15 P.M. at City Hall, 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ.

Contract Documents and Bid Instructions may be obtained from the City Hall Administrative Assistant at $20.00 per set, non-refundable. Interested parties should contact the City Hall Administrative Assistant, City of Show Low, 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 (928) 532-4000.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope. The outside lower right-hand corner of the envelope shall be marked:
