East Mills Parking Lot Improvements

The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the East Mills Parking Lot Improvements, City of Show Low Project No. R-2324. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, installing concrete curb and sidewalk for the Nikolaus Park Parking Lot located along East Mills Place. Asphalt will be installed over the existing base as well as conduit for future lighting and landscaping improvements. Drainage improvements are also included to provide a crossing for Whipple Wash. The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. The work shall take place at the Nikolaus Homestead Park Parking Lot located at the intersection of East Mills Place and East Owens in Show Low Arizona.

Sealed Bids will be received by the City Engineer, City of Show Low, 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 until Wednesday January 31 ^st , 2024 at 2:00 P.M., with a Public Bid Opening immediately following. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City. A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday January 18 ^th , 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at City Hall, 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ.

Contract Documents and Bid Instructions may be obtained from the City Hall Administrative Assistant at $20.00 per set, non-refundable. Interested parties should contact the City Hall Administrative Assistant, City of Show Low, 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 (928) 532-4000.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope. The outside lower right-hand corner of the envelope shall be marked:
