The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified contractors to provide labor and materials to replace existing boiler & hot water heater and related equipment per contract documents. Note: Some equipment will be owner provided, contractor installed.

A pre-bid conference will be held on April 15, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Nikolaevsk School, 65524 Nikolaevsk Road, Anchor Point, AK 99556. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.

This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
