ITB24-037 KENAI CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL CONCESSION STAN

The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified contractors to construct a new 24'X36' Concession building for the Kenai High School.

A pre-bid conference will be held on April 9, 2024, at 10:00 AM at KPB Purchasing & Contracting, 47140 E. Poppy Lane, Soldotna, AK 99669. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. If you are unable to attend but would like to participate, we are offering the opportunity for you to call in and join the pre-bid meeting. The number to call is (907) 262-2044.

Funding for this project is a result of a grant from the State of Alaska, Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development. Portions of the grant agreement require the Borough to bind all contracts involving grant funds to the terms of the grant agreement. All contractors wishing to submit bids on the Kenai Central High School Concession Stand project must agree to comply with all applicable requirements of this Grant agreement as noted in the ITB.

This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
