The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to inspect, evaluate conditions and provide recommendations for the Port MacKenzie barge dock sheet piles. The barge dock is an open cell design and measures approximately 500’ in length and consists of vertical interlocking steel sheet pile that measures approximately 60’ tall, with 36’ exposed at MLLW. The Port is located at 28000 S. Don Young Rd. Wasilla AK 99654.
