1. Term of tis Agreement shall commence on the date of written Notice to Proceed, issued by

the Countyand ending on October 31, 2027.

COMPENSATION:

1. MontMyFee: The Service Contractor agrees to chaqe, and the Countyagrees to paythe

monthlyfee as determined bythe agreed amount pricing as present on the Bid Form forthe

termof the contract, forthe requiredmontMyservices.

Service Contractorshall billmonthly,

duffig the season, for services rendered the preceding month. All invoices submitted shan

consist of an original and clearlyreference the Bid Number and a sufficient description to

identifyservices forwMchpaymentis

requested.

2. PresentBillingRates:AnyworknotcoveredbytheScopeofWorkofthecontractshallbe

billed at the Service Contractor's Additional Rates as described in the Bid Form, all additional

services will be invoiced separatelyfromthe montblyinvoice.

3. SpecialandEmergencyEventServices:AttherequestoftheMobileCountyComrnission's

Service Contract Astrator,

Special Event Services and EmergencyEvent Services will be

invoicedpertheAdditionalRatesasdescribedintheattachedBidForm.

worked, list of employees' names (last names only), Name and Date(s) of event, Location, and
