Water Conservation Illustrations and Graphics

The City of Davis invites proposals from consultants to provide illustrations and graphics as part of water conservation/water use efficiency outreach campaigns. The City is looking to update water conservation, water use efficiency and drought campaigns through the development of updated graphics that can be utilized by City staff in outreach materials, on social media and on the City’s website.

The contract will be for a period of nine months from the date the standard agreement is signed.

Questions about this RFP are required to be submitted to Dawn Calciano by October 24, 2022 at 12:00pm. Questions submitted after the due date or via phone will not be accepted. All substantive questions and answers will be published via an addendum posted here and distributed to interested parties.

Submittal Information
Companies interested in submitting a proposal for this project should respond to this RFP with a written proposal providing all the information requested. The proposal will be considered complete only if all of the items listed under the Proposal Requirements are included.

Proposals shall be delivered via email to Dawn Calciano at dcalciano@cityofdavis.org on or before 4:00 pm, Monday, November 7, 2022 with subject line: Water Conservation Illustrations and Graphics Proposal. No hard copy proposals will be accepted.

Images can be provided via email or via a file download site. If submitting outreach materials and/or graphics through a USB drive, the USB drive shall be delivered in person or via mail to the City Clerk’s office on or before 4:00 pm, on Monday, November 7, 2022.
