The City of Del Mar (City) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consultants to provide as-needed public information, communication, and outreach services. The focus of this solicitation is to engage the services of an outside consultant to assist the City of Del Mar in providing quality, effective, and transparent communications to the public.
