As-Needed Planning Services

The City of Del Mar (City) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified professional consulting firms (Consultants) to provide on-call/as-needed consultant services to assist Planning and Community Development staff with implementing various current and long-range Planning projects and programs, for a three-year period with the option of extending the agreement for an additional two-year period. A copy of the City’s standard agreement is included with this Request for Qualifications as Attachment A.

Submittal Requirements

Proposals are due on or before Wednesday, November 15, 2023, no later than 5:30pm PST. The submittal must reference “RFQ 2023-08 As-Needed Planning Services” in the title or subject line. Facsimile submittals will not be accepted.

Firms who submit a proposal to provide services to the City may revise and/or expand on the scope of services in accordance with their expertise. Sufficient detail shall be provided in the scope of work submitted by the consultant to outline all work required to assist in managing the program.
