RFP for Citywide Janitorial Services

The City of Del Mar (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide citywide janitorial services for City-owned facilities on a scheduled basis, for a three-year period with the option of extending the agreement for an additional two-year period. A copy of the City’s standard agreement is included with this Request For Proposals (RFP) as Attachment F.

Site Visit

Proposers will have an opportunity to complete an optional site visit with City staff before the submittal deadline. The site visit is scheduled for April 18, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the City of Del Mar’s Public Works Department at 2240 Jimmy Durante Blvd., Del Mar, CA 92014. Submittal Requirements

Proposals are due on or before Thursday, May 2, 2024, no later than 5:00 p.m. PST.
