Citywide Pavement Condition Assessment and 5-year Pavement Management Plan

The City of Del Mar (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform pavement condition assessment services and prepare a 5-year pavement management plan. The work will generally consist of performing a citywide pavement condition assessment, creating a database with pavement condition indexes (PCIs), and preparing a recommended 5-year pavement management plan.
