GRANT STRATEGY & WRITING SERVICES

The City is seeking proposals from qualified professionals and/or firms to provide grant strategy and writing services. Specifically, the City wishes to pursue more grant opportunities to support the City’s ongoing efforts in the delivery of public works, transportation and other capital improvement projects, community development and affordable housing programs, public safety and disaster preparedness services, technology and cyber security initiatives, and other policy areas. The most immediate priority of this work is the City’s ~$160M Dublin Boulevard Extension project. This project, which will extend Dublin Boulevard from Fallon Road to North Canyon’s Parkway, will require significant funding from non-local sources.
