Request for Bids - Pressure Washing Services 2023

The City of Foster City Parks Department is seeking pricing inclusive of all staff, materials and equipment necessary for pressure washing services on City owned property. Pressure washing of hardscape and softscape surfaces in all Foster City parks and other designated locations, including but not limited to concrete pavements, decks, playgrounds, ball courts, synthetic turf surfaces, paved pathways and walkways, easements, boardwalks, dog park, skate park, amphitheater, parking lots, concrete floors of kiosks and shelters, bleachers, and park furniture, monuments, sculptures, and other items as requested. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform all work necessary to provide for pressure washing services.
