Lift Station 59 Effluent Line Improvements Project (CIP 455-695)

The Lift Station 59 Effluent Line Improvements Project (Project) includes various improvements to the District’s main lift station (Pump Station 59) located in the District’s Corporation Yard. Improvements include the replacement of the existing ultrasonic effluent flow meter with a new electromagnetic flow meter, the installation of a permanent emergency bypass to provide operational flexibility and redundancy, and installation of a knife gate valve on the exterior manifold to allow for continued system operation during repairs.

The Estero Municipal Improvement District invites bids for the Lift Station 59 Effluent Line Improvements Project. The Engineer’s Estimate for this project is approximately $1.3 Million. Sealed bids are to be submitted to City Hall, located at 610 Foster City Boulevard, Foster City, CA 94404. There is a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit at 10:00 am on Monday, April 24, 2023 for this Project at the Foster City Corporation Yard, 100 Lincoln Centre Dr, Foster City, CA 94404. The Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will last approximately two hours. The deadline to submit bids is Thursday, May 11, 2023 by 2:00 pm.

Work shall reach substantial completion within 90 Calendar Days from the commencement date.
