Request for Bids - Water Tanks and Facilities Improvement Project and the Seismic Improvements at the Lagoon Pump Station Project

The Water Tanks and Facilities Improvement Project and the Seismic Improvements at the Lagoon Pump Station Project includes various improvements to the District’s water storage tanks and City’s lagoon pump station located in the District’s/City’s Corporation Yard. Improvements include steel tank coating work, installing active tank mixers, various seismic retrofits on the tanks and adjacent water booster pump station, various minor improvements and replacements on tank appurtenances, and seismic safety improvements on the lagoon pump house including bracing electrical panels and storage shelves and installing a pre-compressed expansion joint and modification to the existing concrete wall and walkway on the north side of building. The Estero Municipal Improvement District and City of Foster City invites bids for the Water Tanks and Facilities Improvement Project and the Seismic Improvements at the Lagoon Pump Station Project. Sealed bids are to be submitted to City Hall, located at 610 Foster City Boulevard, Foster City, CA 94404.

There is a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit at 2:00 pm on Thursday, August 31, 2023 for this Project at the Foster City/EMID Corporation Yard, 100 Lincoln Centre Dr, Foster City, CA 94404. The Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will last up to two hours. The deadline to submit bids is Tuesday, September 26, 2023 by 2:00 pm.

Work shall be completed within 400 Calendar Days from the commencement date.
